We can deliver all over Australia.
That one is always hard to answer because it depends on what you are looking to order. For things like flat cut letters, sometimes we can turn this around in under 24 hours. But it you are looking for a 12m pylon sign, it’s more like 4-8 weeks. Like everyone, we get busy too at times so it always pays to ask us before you place your order.
As a standard rule, we would tell you the following for our normal safe turnaround times (We can often be a lot quicker than this if you need it.)
Flat Cut lettering (Unpainted) : 5 days
Flat cut lettering (Painted – 1k) : 7 days
Flat cut lettering (Painted – 2k) : 10 days (2K needs additional drying time before packing, but you can pick it up earlier)
Block Letters – 12 days
Fabricated face lit letters (Unpainted, Black or White) : 12 days
Fabricated face lit letters (Unpainted, Black or White) : 14 Days

All of our signage is made in Australia at our facility in Sunshine West.
Take a look at the materials section of the website for some examples. However this is the signage industry, so we use the materials we are told to use. We might not be experts in it when we begin, but we will be by the end. However we frequently make signs out of Aluminium, Steel, Acrylic, Stainless Steel, PVC, Polystyrene and more.
However even small jobs take time to set up and get through the system here. The bigger the job, or the higher the quantity of items, the cheaper it will be per unit.
We make signs for the sign trade. We will also work with you to do as much or as little as you need. Maybe you can install LEDs and spray paint, but you can’t make the base letters. We can do that for you and leave you to do the rest.
Because we work for the trade, we give everyone the same pricing. The discounts come though ordering more of an item.
It does depend on the sign that we are selling you and your needs. However we can offer the highest warranties in the country if you need it. However it your sign only needs to last 1 year, then let us know and we will make sure it is built with the right materials so that hits the right price point.
For our fabricated letters, block lettering and so on, warranties begin at 3 years outdoors and 5 years indoors.
We will gladly fix anything inside our warranty period. All you need to do is discuss it with us and we will decide whether we make a new one and ship it to you or if we ask you to send it back to us for repair.
